Tuesday’s Workwear Report: Colby Pant

Our daily workwear reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.

These straight-leg pants from La Ligne are a bestseller for the brand, and it’s easy to see why. They have the look of an elevated trouser, but with the pull-on waist and drapey fit, they feel like your favorite sweatpants.

With an inseam of 30¾”, it looks like these are meant to be worn with flats. If you’re in a sneaker-appropriate office, I’m loving these from J. Crew; otherwise, I would probably look for a driving loafer like these classics from M.Gemi.

The pants are $295 at La Ligne and come in sizes XXS-XL. They also come in 12 other colors/fabrics.
