The Best of CES 2025 awards are in, as selected by ZDNET and the rest of CNET Group

At this year’s CES, ZDNET has teamed up with the rest of CNET Group (CNET, PCMag, Mashable, and Lifehacker) and the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) to name the official best Best of CES 2025 award winners in 12 categories.

This awards go to CES 2025 exhibitors whose products offer a compelling new concept or idea, solve a major consumer problem, or set a new bar in performance or quality. Ultimately, the winners are decided by the experts and editors’ on-site demos and evaluations.

Three of the Best of CES 2025 winners

Among the 12 Best of CES winners this year, ZDNET had special affinity for these three:

1. Nvidia Cosmos 

Best of CES for AI and Best Overall

Cosmos is an AI platform designed to transform robotics and self-driving cars. It uses AI and simulations from Nvidia’s Omniverse to train robots with realistic imagery, including 20 million hours of training video, helping to fill the data gap that limits the progress of today’s robots and autonomous vehicles.

2. Ultraloq Bolt Mission 

Best of CES for Privacy and Security

The Ultraloq Bolt Mission is a smart lock — the first to support ultra-wideband (UWB) for hands-free unlocking. With both UWB and NFC unlocking capabilities, it provides convenience as well as privacy and security to homeowners.

3. Ozlo Sleepbuds

Best of CES for Wellness/Fitness Tech

The Ozlo Sleepbuds, developed by three former Bose engineers, are earning praise for their comfort and effectiveness. They mask environmental noises and help users fall asleep quickly, even in the noisiest environments.
