Curtiss-Wright announces additional $400M share repurchase program (CW:NYSE)

Curtiss-Wright (NYSE:CW) announced on Wednesday the authorization of an additional $400M share repurchase program, bringing the total available authorization to $534M.

The company said it expects to minimally repurchase $66M worth of shares in 2025.

Additionally, the company declared $0.24/share quarterly dividend, 14.3% increase from prior dividend of $0.21.
