Avanti Helium looks to raise C$500K via private placement (Pink Current Info:ARGYF)
- Avanti Helium (OTCPK:ARGYF) said it will conduct a private placement financing of 5.56M units at C$0.09 apiece to raise C$500K.
- Each unit will have one share and one share purchase warrant.
- Each warrant will entitle the holder to buy one additional share at a price of C$0.15.
- The firm added, CEO, Chris Bakker will subscribe for 2.94M units for gross proceeds of C$265K.
