A Wellness Program for Entrepreneurs
This initiative was created by three forward-thinking founders: Taras, George, and Ivan. Their collaboration goes beyond typical startup accelerators, aiming to cultivate a space where individuals can experience personal transformation.
Taras and Ivan bring their expertise from Venture Launch, a startup accelerator, and 3x Capital, an investment fund. Ivan also co-founded Nomadz, a platform for travelers, while George contributes his experience as a co-founder of FOMO Magazine.
How Solana Temple Began
The inspiration for Solana Temple was born in Dubai, during Season 2 of Founders Villa. In this shared villa, founders gathered daily for morning workouts led by George in partnership with CUDIS. These sessions were designed to bring people together through fitness.
Over time, the workouts evolved into something deeper. Ivan introduced breathing exercises and meditation techniques to help participants focus and relax. Taras added stretching routines and data tracking, emphasizing measurable progress. Together, these elements became the foundation for what would later grow into Solana Temple.
A Performance Hub in Bali
Solana Temple chose Bali as its base for good reason. The island, known for its serene environment and vibrant tech community, offers an ideal backdrop for this ambitious program. The location, situated in Bali’s second-largest resort, is designed to support both wellness and productivity.
Facilities include gyms, yoga studios, spa centers, and coworking spaces. These amenities reflect the program’s commitment to balancing personal and professional growth.
The daily schedule is thoughtfully planned to maximize participants’ experience:
- Morning Practices: Guided breathing exercises and meditation techniques reset the nervous system and enhance focus.
- Physical Fitness: Workouts and yoga sessions help participants build strength and resilience.
- Workshops: Topics range from wellness strategies to advanced business techniques.
- Tech-Free Sundays: A day of silence and no devices allows time for reflection and rejuvenation.
Measuring Success
What makes Solana Temple unique is its focus on measurable progress. Participants’ physical and professional growth is tracked using cutting-edge tools. For physical health, CUDIS rings and body composition scales monitor fitness levels. In business, progress is tracked through Venture Launch’s startup accelerator metrics. Even social media engagement is measured to provide a full picture of development.
Building a Strong Community
The program accommodates 100 participants across 68 units, supported by 19 strategic partners. The Solana Foundation, through grant funding, has helped offset costs for coworking spaces, podcast rooms, and coaching sessions. This highlights the crypto community’s commitment to supporting wellness-focused entrepreneurship.
A Vision Beyond the Program
Solana Temple aims to leave a lasting impact that goes beyond the month-long retreat. The vision includes:
- Helping participants create sustainable daily routines for long-term success.
- Building a network of like-minded entrepreneurs committed to wellness.
- Supporting measurable improvements in health and business performance.
- Demonstrating that technology and wellness can coexist in harmony.
Looking Ahead
The first cohort of Solana Temple is just the beginning. The program’s ultimate goal is to inspire a new standard for founder development in the Web3 space. By fostering leaders who prioritize balance between mind, body, and business, Solana Temple offers a blueprint for sustainable success in the fast-paced world of blockchain and technology.
